Exhibiting at GESS 2011

When arranging your own exhibit, you need to think through your strategy and aims and plan carefully your time at the show. Here are some top tips:

Pre-show

  • Exhibitor List: make sure you fill in all your details in the exhibitor desk – the exhibitor list is the most viewed page on our website.
  • Download banners: use our banners and email signature to promote your presence at the show.
  • Invite your customers: send an invitation to your clients to come visit your stand.
  • Do some publicity: tell potential customers why they should visit your stand.
  • Use our PR service: promote your product launches by keeping our PR team up-to-date.
  • Social Networking: join the GESS groups on linked in, facebook and twitter and tell visitors what you will be doing at GESS.

Onsite

  • Sponsorship: there are a number of ways you can further promote your brand at the show, click here for more information.
  • Advertise: you can advertise in the show catalogue which will be distributed to all visitors.
  • Network: attend conference sessions and workshops and be part of the debate.
