GESS Awards 2021 winners

UAE leads winners at GESS Education Awards

GESS Education Awards announced the winners of this year’s edition of the prestigious international education recognition programme.

UAE leads all winners with 10 awards, followed by the UK with 3. South Korea and the USA were next with two awards apiece. The rest of the winners came from Hungary, Finland, Norway, Canada, Kuwait and Colombia.

Education professionals and suppliers from around the world entered to compete in the highly sought-after awards, with over 800 submissions coming from 50 different countries.

“We are delighted to have such a diverse pool of nominees coming from different parts of the globe, and the submissions were of such high calibre our judging panel found it difficult to determine the winner. In some categories, it was so close, we eventually had co-winners. Congratulations to all who won as well to those who participated. Your work, in the case of our education professionals; and your products, for our corporate suppliers, continue to make a difference in raising quality education standards in schools throughout the world,” said Matt Thompson, Project Director, Tarsus organisers of the GESS Education Awards.
