How Tanzania, Rwanda and Kenya kept schools open in a middle of Covid-19


Kenya, like Uganda, first closed its schools in mid-March 2020 to contain the onslaught of the coronavirus disease.
But after nine months, in January 2021, it reopened its school gates to 16 million Kenyan students despite the coronavirus concerns.
