Raya is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the School of Humanity, an online high school with an innovative learning model and interdisciplinary curriculum. At School of Humanity, learners from over 10 countries across 5 continents develop their skills, mindsets and behaviors by tackling real-world challenges. Raya has been featured by the BBC as one of the 100 most influential and inspiring women globally. She was the main award winner for the Next Generation Foresight Practioner’s Award, organized by the School of International Futures and supported by the Omidyar network. The awards recognize those whose leadership efforts shape the future and improve lives. She has spoken at more than 40 conferences in 10 countries, including G20/Y20 Summit, Global Education Forum, UNESCO Expo-Sciences, GESS Leaders, HR Tech Summit and much more. She has been sharing her expertise as a keynote speaker for over a decade – since the age of 16 – and brings a much-needed youth perspective to discussions about the future of education. Raya works with governments and education providers to ideate and execute revolutionary education models for the 21st-century world. She sits on the advisory board of multiple EdTech companies. Her mission is to reinvent global education systems in order to better serve humanity.

 

Carl Morris, Co-Founder, The Online School

Hannan Moti, Co-Founder & CEO, iCodejr

London School of Economics graduate, Hannan is the co-founder & CEO of iCodejr; GCCs biggest online coding academy for school students. iCodejr is the region's 1st to offer Web 3 programs, focused on getting students ready for the world of tomorrow. With over 13 years experience in Finance with leading institutions such as JP Morgan, Barclays, Trafigura & Fiserv, Hannan co-founded iCodejr to bridge the gap between the lack of coding in the school curriculum to what students are learning in other parts of the world. Our vision at iCodejr is to empower every child with the power of coding, and to supplement this vision Hannan has also co-founded Code Battle (codebattle.tech), a non-profit initiative where students from schools across UAE compete to showcase their coding skills. Code Battle has partnered with the government during UAE Innovation Month for 2 years in a row, and the Sharjah government to conduct several hackathons over the last 2 years. Hannan is an avid golfer, and plays regularly at the Emirates Golf Club, when he isn't teaching or building iCodejr & Code Battle.

Russell Cailey, Managing Director, THINK Learning Studio

Russell Cailey, Managing Director of THINK Learning Studio (TLS) in Dubai, is a disruptor in education known for pioneering "inspired chaos". Recognized as a top 100 Global Visionary in Education by GFEL, Russell has co-founded the Hakuba Forum and foresightLab.org, and actively nurtures educational startups. His focus lies in strategic planning, development of new educational products, and fostering collaborations with schools and teachers. A frequent speaker at global education forums and a featured expert on CNN Brazil's Projeto Upload, his mission is to inspire a transformative approach to learning worldwide.

Skyler Carr, Co-Founder & Chief Handraiser, Infini-D Learning

Skyler Carr, born in the United States, has over a decade of transformative work in the education sector. As a child of a Cuban refugee, Skyler's drive to equip children with essential skills for unlocking their life potential was profoundly influenced. His initiatives include an impactful program serving 300,000+ kids with informal education opportunities, and co-founding Infini-D Learning, an innovative educational platform reaching over 600 schools within three years. His significant contributions were recognized nationally, leading to partnerships with the National Science Foundation and the U.S. Department of Education, as well as multiple awards for innovation in education. In addition to his hands-on work, Skyler served as an educational reviewer for the National Science Foundation's award program, fostering future innovation in the field. Skyler currently resides in Geneva, Switzerland, where he continues his passion for reshaping education and aiding children in realizing their full potential.
